OPI Brazil: Beach Sandies (Liquid Sand) Box Set Swatches!

Press Sample

Good morning, readers! I received the gorgeous new Brazil by OPI Collection yesterday and I couldn't wait to try them all out! I started with the box set of 4 mini Liquid Sand polishes and I love them all so much that I wish they weren't only in mini size! Bold, shimmery, and perfect for summer!

OPI I'm Brazil Nuts Over You: a bright coral pink texture.
2 coats with no top coat.

OPI What's A Little Rain Forest? : a bright aqua blue texture.
2 coats with no top coat.

OPI You're So Flippy Floppy: A bright canary yellow texture.
2 coats with no top coat.

OPI Samba-dy Loves Purple: a violet texture.
2 coats with no top coat.

Once I tried on Samba-dy Loves Purple, it reminded me a bit of OPI My Current Crush, so I did a comparison. Showing 2 coats of each with no top coat. It's similar, but lighter and MCC has silver glitter while SLP has purple glitters and shimmer.

What do you think of this collection? I'm sad they are minis, I can see myself wearing these a LOT in the summer, especially for nail art and pedicures. The shimmer is more noticeable in person than my photos as well. If I had to pick a favorite, it would be I'm Brazil Nuts Over You. I love all of the quirky names.

*Edit: you can't see in my photos but there is an almost-metallic shimmer with same tone micro glitter. It was too hard to capture on camera. They are definitely NOT creme textures!

  3. These are gorgeous Jacki! It is a bummer that they only come in mini size! Do I see a faint pink shimmer in I'm Brazil Nuts Over You?
