Superficially Colorful Thermal Color Changing Polishes!

Press Sample/ Gift

Good afternoon, readers! I have some really fun polishes to share with you today! One of my friends, Jin from Superficially Colorful, makes really wonderful thermal polishes and she is opening her shop to the public March 3rd! I have a lot to show you, but will be splitting them up into a few posts so you don't get overloaded on photos.
Thermal polishes change with the temperature, so if its warm enough out where you live, you may have two colors showing at one time on your nails! Instant gradient? I had too much fun running cold and then warm water over my nails while wearing these polishes!

These polishes dry to a matte/satin finish but I've added shiny top coat to let the shimmer really show in the photos.

Superficially Colorful Fascinated: a cornflower blue to purple thermal with gorgeous pink and blue shimmer throughout. This was my favorite of the three, the shimmer is amazing! I'm showing two coats with top coat below. The thermal change was very noticeable. You're going to want to enlarge these photos to see the gorgeous shimmer!

Some photos of the "warm" color.

And some "cold" photos:

Superficially Colorful Giggly: a violet/fuchsia to purple thermal with intense pink shimmer throughout. This is two coats with top coat below. I love this color combination a lot and the thermal change was easy and very noticeable!

Here are some "warm" photos:

And some "cold" photos:

Superficially Colorful Meditative: an olive green to deep teal thermal with green shimmer throughout. This is two coats with top coat below. This gets more olive when you put your hands in hot water than my photos could capture, it was too chilly in my house to keep them warm enough to take the photos.

And the "cold" photos:

What do you think of these Superficially Colorful Lacquers? They are my first experience with thermal color changing polishes and I am really impressed! Lately here in Florida, they show the "warm" color with the tips in the "cold" color. So they are thermal all the time, not just when playing in the sink water! I love that! I also love that both the warm and cold colors are gorgeous on their own so I think everyone will love these, no matter the climate you live in.

Jin is opening  up her shop on March 3rd and some thermals will be available to purchase then. I'll have more info on that day. Stay tuned for a couple more posts of Superficially Colorful Lacquers before the release date! Thanks so much for reading!
