13 Days of January, Day 13: Something You've Never Tried Before (Zoya Delight Collection Nail Art!)

Press Sample

Good afternoon, readers! I have the final 13 Days of January challenge mani for today! It is the last day of January so I am really proud that I was able to complete this challenge before it ended! Woohoo! The prompt was Something You've Never Tried Before, so I'm using the brand new Zoya Delight Collection and a ikat ruffle nail art design. I am just so excited about this new collection, it is so perfect for Spring! Three cremes and three shimmers, and they all look gorgeous together in one mani!

Let's take a peek at the new polishes for the Zoya Delight Collection! I'll try to have my swatches up in the next week or so!
Zoya Daisy, Eden, Rayne, Tiana, Leslie, and Lillian.

I started with 3 thin coats of Zoya Daisy as my base. Once it was dry, I took a thin nail art brush and did short lines horizontally across the nail to make ikat stripes with each color shown above. I found it was easier to do the shimmery colors first and the cremes on top slightly overlapping because they were more opaque. One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top was used as a top coat.

What do you think? Are you excited for this new collection by Zoya? I am super happy with it and can't wait to swatch them all for you this week. Thanks so much for reading! I hope you've enjoyed the 13 Days of January Challenge. I did, but I'm glad it's over and I can do whatever I'm in the mood for.
