Lilacquer Fifth Element Collection: Part 4

Hello readers! Today I have the final part of the Lilacquer Fifth Element Collection! Hope you've had a chance to check out my last 3 posts with the first 6 polishes!

Finally, we come to the pinks! Neither of these were big color shifts in my opinion so I have no macros over black to show you.

To Protect And Love and Fhloston Paradise!

First we have To Protect and Love! From the Etsy listing, it's as "understated peach jelly with gold, orange, and green shimmer." It's a really flattering peach color and the shimmer is gorgeous! I'm showing over black, white, and on it's own. No top coat.

Index: 2 coats over black
Middle: 2 coats over white
Ring and Pinky: 3 coats by itself.

2 coats over white. That shimmer is just gorgeous!

And for the final Fifth Element polish, we have Fhloston Paradise! This is another favorite of the collection for me. From it's Etsy listing, it's a "bright magenta pink with sky blue highlights."  I'm showing over black, white, and by itself.  No top coat.

Middle: 2 coats over white
Ring and Pinky: 2 coats by itself

2 coats over white. So pretty!

Well, there you have it! All 8 polishes from Lilacquer's Fifth Element Collection! As a whole, it's an awesome collection. With 5 having great color shifts and almost all with easy application! I hope you've enjoyed them! What is your favorite? Thanks for reading!

Lilacquer Fifth Element Collection: Part 3

Good morning! Today, I have the 3rd part of Lilacquer's Fifth Element Collection! This post will be showing the oranges. You can see the 2 blues and the 2 greens in my last two posts!

Leeloo Multipass and Roo-bee Rhod!

First up is Leeloo Multipass! From the Etsy listing, this is a "neon orange jelly with a bright pink contrasting shimmer that shifts to a complimenting orange."  This isn't a strong color shift in my opinion but it's a gorgeous color with a great shimmer! I had a bit of a hard time getting the coats even so there are 3 coats on each finger. It actually applied easiest for me on it's own than over a base color. I'm showing over black, white, and by itself. No top coat.

Index: 3 coats over black
Middle: 3 coats over white
Ring and Pinky: 3 coats by itself

3 coats over white. Pretty shimmer!

Next up is Roo-bee Rhod! I like this one a lot! The metallic finish is just gorgeous! From it's Etsy listing, it's a "red and burnt orange shimmer that flashes gold and yellow."  Again, I'm showing over black, white, and on it's own with no top coat.
Index: One coat over black
Middle: 2 coats over white
Ring and Pinky: 3 coats by itself

2 coats over white.

1 coat over black. Wow!

What do you think of these 2 polishes from the Fifth Element Collection? Which is your favorite?

Lilacquer Fifth Element Collection: Part 2

Good morning! As promised, I have the 2nd part of Lilacquer's Fifth Element Collection! Today I'll be showing the greens. If you missed my post on the blues, come see HERE.

Zorg Industries and Super Green

First up is Zorg Industries! From the Etsy listing, this is a "murky gray jelly with a subtle green to blue shift, almost ugly. Almost!" I definitely prefer this color over black, especially because it brings out the duochrome a lot more. I'm showing over black, white, and by itself. No top coat.

Index: One coat over black
Middle: 2 coats over white
Ring and Pinky: 3 coats by itself

2 coats over white

1 coat over black. It's a more subtle shift, but I like it!

Next up is Super Green! I like this so much more than I expected to, and the duochrome over black was a surprise to me! From it's Etsy listing, it's a "acid green with darker green shimmer verging on a metallic orange."  Again, I'm showing over black, white, and on it's own with no top coat.

Ring and Pinky: 3 coats by itself

2 coats over white.

1 coat over black. Wow!

What do you think of these 2 polishes from the Fifth Element Collection? I like Super Green the best, because I like the color on it's own and over black there is an awesome color shift. Both applied very easily and built up nicely on their own.

Lilacquer Fifth Element Collection: Part 1

Hello lovely readers! I have a gorgeous collection to show you over the next 4 posts from an indie brand called Lilacquer. It's called the Fifth Element Collection and is 8 polishes, most of which are duochrome! Sadly, I've never seen the movie that these are inspired by.

I'm splitting them up into 4 separate posts for you so I will be showcasing the 2 blues today!

Here is a group shot of all 8 bottles for you!

As I said before, today's post is of the two "bluer" polishes. They happen to be my favorites from the collection as well! (No surprise there, I love blues!).

The Diva Plavalaguna and Supreme Being

First, we have The Diva Plavalaguna! As stated from Lilacquer's Etsy listing it is a "deep blackened blue shimmer that morphs to an aqua green." I really like this one a lot! Very gorgeous and covered well on it's own if you didn't want to wear it over a base color. I'm showing over black, white, and by itself so you can get a good feel for the polish. No topcoat.

Index: One coat over black
Middle: 2 coats over white
Ring and Pinky: 2 coats by itself

2 coats over white

Check out that duochrome! This is one coat over black! So gorgeous!

Next we have Supreme Being. I think this is my favorite of the collection. The duochrome is so strong, it's even seen while worn on it's own. From Lilacquer's Etsy listing, it's a "cornflower blue shimmer with pops of soft pink duochrome." Also being show over black, white, and by itself. It's a little more sheer needing 3 coats if worn on it's own for full coverage. No topcoat.

Middle: 2 coats over white
Ring and Pinky: 3 coats by itself

2 coats over white.

1 coat over black. That is a strong duochrome!

What do you think of these 2 polishes? Which is your favorite? They both had great formulas and applied easily. I am definitely a fan.
