Indigo Bananas Medusa Transducer: Glows TEAL In The Dark!

Press Sample

Good morning, readers! I have a glow in the dark polish by Indigo Bananas to share with you today! It's called Medusa Transducer and it is from the recent Rocky Horror inspired collection! The most surprising part? It glows in the dark TEAL!

I was honestly surprised that teal was the color when I was in the dark! I didn't suspect teal at all when looking at the color in normal light! It is a dark charcoal jelly base filled with dark gray shimmer and orange/yellow/green color shifting iridescent glitter. It applied easily but was on the sheer side. I've done three coats with top coat but the visible nail line (VNL) is still a tiny bit apparent. You could certainly layer one to two coats over a charcoal base color if VNL isn't something you like on yourself. No issues to report!

And here is a glow in the dark shot. It's brighter in person and not speckled like my iPhone is making it look like.

What do you think? The best part about glow in the dark polishes is that you can wear them any time of year, even though you see them used a lot around Halloween. I'm not putting my GITD polishes away until next year, that's for sure!

You can purchase Indigo Bananas polishes at the shop link below. They retail from $5.75 to $14.50 depending on the polish bottle size and ingredients.
