Techno Teal Has A Boy-Girl Party!

Hello readers!! I received some amazing nail mail today! I will have a recent haul post up hopefully this week or weekend(I'm still waiting on a handful of packages to arrive this week), but in the meantime, I'll definitely be trying out some of my new pretties!

Gina from My Dirty Little Obsessions went dusty hunting last week and was able to pick up a few China Glaze Tronica polishes for me!! I've been dying to get my hands on Techno Teal for a while and also was able to snag Virtual Violet and High Def. These polishes are so gorgeous! The Tronica collection didn't get the hype I think it deserved. I am so thankful that Gina found them and I was able to finally own some! Thanks, Gina!!

I also received my giveaway win from The Trace Face Philes 3000 follower giveaway! Llarowe sponsored my prize--Lynnderella Boy Girl Party!! This is such a gorgeous combination of glitters, it's one of my top favorites that Lynn has done! I still can't believe I won! Thank you so much Traci and Llarowe for getting this little pretty to me!

On to the pictures! I decided to use China Glaze Techno Teal as the "underwear" for Boy Girl Party. Techno Teal was so gorgeous on it's own that I thought it deserved it's own swatch pictures:

Techno Teal is a bit more green toned than my pictures are showing. Lovely!

Look at that scattered holographic goodness!

And after adding 2 coats of Lynnderella Boy-Girl Party:

My camera shots in full sun drowned out the different colors. These shade pictures show off all of the colored glitters much better!

Look at all of those different sizes, shapes, and colors of glitter!

Boy Girl Party has a slight fuchsia tone to the clear base so it changed the base color the teeniest bit but it still appears teal. I love these 2 together!!

I used:
Base coat of Orly Nail Defense
2 coats of China Glaze Techno Teal
2 coats of Lynnderella Boy-Girl Party
1 coat of Cult Nails Wicked Fast

What do you think? Do you have either of these polishes? Thanks for reading!

Final Challenge Nail Art Post!

Hello readers! It completely slipped my mind that I forgot to do a mani for the final challenge day of the kids nail art challenge. So here you have it! This post is "Dedicated to my child." I've been dying to use Dandy Nails Colorblind since it arrived last week and am so glad I finally did! It's awesome!

I did it over one of the essence twins--Bella, and I love how both the black and white show up easily. And what accent nail art would be better for black and white spots than a 101 Dalmatian puppy? I'm still getting used to my new art brushes so the lines could be smoother. I'm working on it :)

Cute, isn't he? I wish I knew the name of the puppy, but it was just based off of a google image result for "101 Dalmatian Puppy."

 I used:
Orly Nail Defense
2 coats of Essence Bella(1 almost did it but I wasn't being careful)
1 coat of Dandy Nails Colorblind
(OPI Alpine Snow, OPI Black Onyx, and Essie French Affair for the puppy)
1 coat of Cult Nails Wicked Fast

How awesome is Dandy Nails Colorblind? I am totally in love with it! It's my only black and white glitter polish and really don't feel the need to get any others after seeing how great this one is. I can't wait to buy more of Sandy's polishes in the future! You can get yours from her Etsy Shop when she restocks TONIGHT! She is planning on restocking at around 10pm PST all of the colors, as well as a new color!!  Here is her Facebook Page to keep updated about new restocks.

Girly Bits Razzle Dazzle Swatches+Stamping!

Hello readers! I have an amazing polish to share with you today! I recently got Pam's Girly Bits Razzle Dazzle in a swap with my friend, Rachel, from Cherry Glam Girl! I am so in love with this polish! I tried it out on Hailey's toes last week and am home from vacation today so I finally got to put it on my nails.

It's so sparkly and made for a great base color for a stamping mani!

This is the gorgeous polish in the shade.
In the direct sun. Look at the sparkles!

Slightly out of focus to show the holographic glitters!

I used:
Base Coat of Orly Nail Defense
3 coats of Girly Bits Razzle Dazzle
1 coat of Cult Nails Wicked Fast Top Coat
Pure Ice Silver Mercedes and MASH plate m64 for the stamp design
1 more coat of Cult Nails Wicked Fast Top Coat

I just adore this polish! It's gorgeous inside and outdoors, went on amazingly, and is completely smooth with my 2 layers of Cult Nails Wicked Fast(one before and one after the stamping). I think I definitely need to pay more attention to this indie brand and get a wishlist going for more that I want! Llarowe is going to start carrying these polishes at the end of this month, and you can also buy them directly through Pam when her shop is open.

NVL Floam Swatches!

Hello readers! Happy Easter! I decided not to do any Easter themed nail art for you today. I'm visiting with family for this holiday weekend and am sporting this gorgeous springy polish on my nails!

I was so excited when my NVL Floam arrived and couldn't wait to try it out! I did 3 coats here with base and top coat, and love that its basically opaque! How awesome are these teeny neon matte glitters? I am so glad I was able to snag one of these at Amy's last opening. It definitely didn't disappoint and I love it more than I expected!

In the sun.

Out of direct sunlight.

Look at those glitters! To me, it looks like there are square and circle glitters of both the blue and lime green!

I love how unique this polish is! All I used was one coat of Cult Nails Wicked Fast and they are almost smooth. I didn't want to use Gelous or too many layers of top coat for fear of this beauty peeling off on my trip. What do you think?

Floam can be purchased from Amy's Etsy shop when she reopens. Make sure to "Like" her Facebook Page for updates on when it will be reopened and you can get this beauty! Thanks for reading!
