The Digit-al Dozen DOES Decades, Day 1: Lalaloopsy Nail Art!

Hello and good morning! It's Digit-al Dozen week again, and this month we are doing "Decades." Today's post is a stretching the theme a bit, but I have a more important announcement: it's my daughter, Hailey's, 6th Birthday today! So, I decided to twin up with my good friend Casandra over at The Mani-logues and do a mani inspired by Hailey! She is a huge fan of Lalaloopsy dolls (as are Casandra and her daughter Violet) and has been collecting them since they came out in 2010. (See, this theme totally fits in with our current decade!) We both picked some favorite Lalaloopsy dolls to recreate on our nails for Hailey!

Good morning! I hope you are having nice weather this weekend because I have a sparkly new summer collection to share with you from Zoya! It's called Bubbly and I really like it! Bubbly is "six dazzling hues loaded with shimmering holographic glitter particles. This is color made to dance in the light and deliver great color well into the night!" 

Simple Friday Skittlette!

 TGIF! Woohoo! It's time for the weekend and I can't wait! I'm still rocking my waterfall mani from yesterday's post so today is a mani I wore earlier this week. I hadn't done a skittlette in a while so I grabbed three of my favorite polishes: Elevation Polish Muztagh Ata, Elevation Polish Pata Puffer 2, and OPI My Current Crush! The glitter in Pata Puffer 2 complimented My Current Crush nicely and I was happy with this new-to-me color combo!

Good afternoon, everyone! I hope you are all having a fabulous Thursday! I love Thursdays--my sister comes over every week and we watch The Vampire Diaries together. Tonight is the first half of a 2-part finale so I can't wait! (Any other TVD fans out there counting down the hours, too?!)

I was working my way through swatching the new Zoya Tickled and Bubbly Collections this morning and they are great! When I got to Wendy, I loved it so much that I stopped with 3 polishes left to go and decided to wear it as a full mani instead. That turned into this waterfall mani, inspired by a tutorial from The Nailasaurus, using a few polishes from each collection that seemed to coordinate well with Wendy!

Good morning! I have a cutesy manicure to show you today! It has been a while since I've done any "cute" nails so I took the suggestion of my friend Jen, from My Nail Polish Obsession, and modified my Zebra Tutorial to be a unicorn! (It was supposed to be for tutorial tuesday yesterday, but my tutorial attempts didn't work out very well. I may visit it again in the future if anyone really does want to see this as a tutorial?)
