Good morning! It's Day 2 of The Terrific Twos Week with The Digit-al Dozen. I'll have our big giveaway posted later, so check back. Today's prompt is
cotton. That is the 2nd anniversary gift, and we are celebrating our 2nd anniversary as a nail art group so it works. For my interpretation of cotton, I went with a patchwork quilt design. You may remember my
first patchwork nail art from 3 years ago (thank you if you've been following this long!), and I've used the same tutorial by
Kayla Shevonne to do this design. I just made a modification of leaving out the stitch marks for an updated and cleaner quilt look.
I used four
Elevation Polishes for this look:
Ceram Sea, Thracian Sea, Pic du Gar, and
Mount McKinley. I topped the design with
Nicole by OPI Matte Top Coat and that dulled down the shine a bit to resemble more of a cotton quilt.
What do you think of this look? Does it qualify for cotton day? Thanks so much for reading, come back later to see our EPIC giveaway!
It definitely qualifies for cotton day! It's so pretty - I'd love to own a quilt that looked like this
